This can happen if Windows is "blocking" the file from being executed. Follow these steps to unblock the file:

• 1. Right click on FindThatWord.exe
• 2. On the menu that pops up, click 'Properties'
• 3. At the bottom of the window that shows there will be a message that says something like:
  
  "This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect your computer."
  
  There should be an Unblock button, click this button.

• 4. Close the properties screen
• 5. Double-click on FindThatWord.exe and try again!

If you do not have it the JRE, please do the following to get it:

• 1. Go to the JRE download page by going here
• 2. Go down until you find the one that says "Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 Update 10", and click "Download"
• 3. Go down until you find "Accept license agreement". Review the license agreement and then click the circle next to Accept.
• 4. Go down to your operating system (such as Windows Platform if you are using Windows)
• 5. Click on the desired link -- If you want to download everything at once, click the Offline Installation, otherwise click the Online Installation
• 6. After the file is downloaded to your computer, run it, and follow the steps to install it.
